Replacement Keyboard Legs

One of the things that annoys me is when the little legs that prop up the keyboard are missing. Since replacement legs are near-impossible to source, I had to find a replacement and found that a small bulldog clip is perfect for the job. You may have to bend the two ends of the clip apart slightly with pliers if the clip is particularly small.

This worked great for me and I'm sure it will solve all of your legless keyboard problems.

Found this post, and it was very helpful! Parts are virtually impossible to find, and this was so easy, worked like a charm. Life is good again...

This is awesome. I have an old chap stick tube taped to the bottom of my keboard currently, but this is a little less ghetto.

My students in the computer lab were complaining about their missing keyboard legs today. I promised to look into replacements and, voila, found this solution! Very cool. I am going to look for a slightly larger binder clip than the size in my supply closet, with the hopes that the keyboard will slant a little bit more. Thanks a bunch!

That's a really neat idea.
A bit of rubber tubing over the 'foot' would reduce slipping and scratching.
