Crocs are great footwear, unfortunately like most footwear the soles wear down over time and use.
This Instructable shows how to use a soldering Iron to Revive the Grips on the bottom of your Crocs.
Please note this Instructable should be completed outdoors or with the aid of air extractors
Crocs are made from a proprietary foam resin called Croslite, this instructable relies on the melting of this material. The melting of any resin or foam/ plastic will create smoke that could be toxic, i.e. do not breath this in.
Step 1: Tools & Materials Required
1 Pair of Crocs
Old Soldering Iron Tip (the tip will get covered in melted resin/ plastic, so if you have an old tip use that)
Step 2: Method
If you look at the movie, you'll see how to use the soldering iron to recreate the treads on the Crocs sole.
I carefully ran the soldering Iron along the bottom of the Croc to recreate the ridge pattern.
Some guessing on the old position of the treads was required, as the treads had worn down flat in some places.
To help I compared both crocs and did the best I could.
