First time I had rice pudding was when I visited India a couple of years ago. Since then I've been craving Rice pudding.
This recipe reproduce the Indian one quite well.

It's an easy recipe everyone can successfully make!

2 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup rice (long or short grain)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1/4 tsp cinnamon

My Italian mom used to make this for us as kids all the time. Brings back so many memories, but have not had some in years. Never made it though. Have to make it now.
