Preheat oven to 380. Drain chickpeas.
Lay chickpeas on paper towels, then cover with another towel so they can dry a little bit.
Put chickpeas onto a baking sheet into a pile. Drizzle pr mist with olive oil. Be careful and don't use to much.
Add seasonings. I used chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, a season blend, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. You can use any seasonings you like. I have also done parmesan and garlic.
Spread the chickpeas out. Bake for about 40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until crunchy. If they are not crunchy enough, turn the temperature down to 350 and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
