Step 6: The roasting

Place on baking sheet and bake at 475f for 40 minutes.
You could try drilling the potato I haven't tried it myself yet but I think it would work if you are careful and go slow.
this looks so beyond delicious.... I'm saving it to make ASAP (I pinned it on pinterest to spread the deliciousness)....
Just made these for dinner, using new potatoes and an exacto knife to hollow them out. While they were in the oven, I was thinking 'Wow, those were a lot of work, I don't think I'm doing that again.'<br><br>I AM DOING IT AGAIN OMG. So good. Totally worth the effort. Thank you.
Thanks! <br>I think I am going to pick up a large melon baller for this the next time I do it. It would probably make it a lot faster.<br><br>
Oh, a melon baller would be perfect. Thanks for the idea. :)
This is so freaking awesome, and I have a bag of new potatoes in the fridge and nothing to do with them.
agree wholeheartedly with tastysoup!...more garlic!!
This looks great. But what do you think of people who just "like" garlic and "love" red potatos?
They need to eat more garlic. :)<br>
