You will need: Red potato Garlic clove Olive oil Salt Pepper Rosemary Apple corer or knife Aluminum foil Baking sheet Oven
Using apple corer or knife, cut a hole in the potato wide and deep enough to hold the garlic.
Peel garlic and put it in the hole.

Wrap in aluminium foil, being careful to keep it upright so as not to spill the oil.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 475f for 40 minutes.
