Introduction: Robot Spinner Arduino Based .

A Robot to spin a " Spinner " for us !

Step 1: Components List :

  1. A Arduino - Uno R 3 ...you can use a ( D.I.Y. ) one like mine ...easily found onto NET...
  2. Two Micro - Servos ( TG9 )
  3. A Spinner
  4. Wires
  5. Solder
  6. 1 Led 3mm ( high Intensity ) ...blink 1,5 secs
  7. A base ( wood ) 5 x 5 pol .
  8. Any wood to cut the arm ( forearm , bíceps & finger )
  9. Hot Glue Stick & Gun .
  10. Battery Holder ( 4 AA )
  11. Bateries ( 4 AA)

This is adjusted to Spin ...Hands off ...and play again ....

Step 4: ...after "burn" the " Ino " ...lets Joint It All ...

  1. The (Base ) a quad piece of Wood 5 x 4 pol. ( painted multicolor )
  2. The ( Bíceps ) you can use a piece of "balsa wood " measures : 4,5 x 1 pol. ( the Yellow one ...)
  3. The ( Forearm ) a tiny piece " balsa wood too...) measuring 3 x 1/4 pol. ( the Orange one ...)
  4. the ( Finger ) another piece ... b.w.... measures 1 1/4 x 1 pol . ( the Blue one ...)

Step 5: ... All Things Could Be Glued With " Hot Glue "...is Faster & ...be Careful !!!

  • First Glue the 1st servo (right corner of the base) ...use a piece of wood

    " White one" to align with acc pic

  • Glue the (yellow piece....Biceps ) at arm of 1st Servo ...
  • Then glue the Arduino right beside of this ...Servo ( 1 st one)...
  • Now Glue the another Servo at another end of Yellow piece ...
  • Glue the Orange piece( forearm) at " arm " of 2nd Servo...
  • ....Now the Blue piece ( finger ) at Orange one ( Forearm )
  • Finally glue the "Spinner" at 1/2 pol pin ...it could be any round material ...plastic ...wood ...cutted & glued !
  • ...That's All ... have Fun !
