Rolled Leaf Sculptural Pendant

Rolled Leaf Sculptural Pendant
This pendant started life as an interesting rolled-up leaf. Many coats of fine silver precious metal clay were painted on, layer by layer. Then the silver was heated by a torch until the leaf burned away and the silver fused where the leaf had been. A lavender cubic zirconia was inset on the sculpture and details added. Many have commented on its unique, loveliness pendant.

You can see this and other jewelry I have made at the Aspiring Arts website.
