Step 2: The Meatballs (or in Romanian, Perisoare)

While the vegetables are boiling, you will be preparing the meatballs.
For this step you need the meat, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp of flour.
Mix the meat with the egg, salt and  flour, and make the meatballs the size of a walnut.
Add the meatballs to your soup, and let everything boil for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked.
<p>Made today for some Romanian friends of mine. It turned out very well, but I didn't think it was sour enough. I added another 3 tablespoons of lemon and it helped a lot...otherwise a great dish and pretty easy to make.</p>
<p>What a great surprise! Gonna try the recipe today. Wondering if I should add rice to the meatball. </p>

your photos show carrots but your instructions don't mention them? does the recipe call for carrots I made this tonight without the carrots, is still great.
you can flour the top of the rolled out dough, then roll it up and slice the roll to make the noodles, I find this method is easier, The soup sounds great, when the weather cools off enough for soup, four months or so, I am going to try it.
