I'm entering the contest because I am in desperate need of a room makeover. I have no real bed, just a mattress on the floor. All the furniture I do have, TV stand and one night stand (that is too tall for my mattress on the floor) was donated by family and the one tall dresser I have was a find from the side of the street where someone has discarded it.
What makes this all even more embarrassing is I am currently attending school for interior design and having a room like this as an inspiring interior designer is a pride killer and I would really like to use my room as a potential start to my portfolio as well as making it somewhere i'd like to spend time in.
