Perfect for eating pasta, to make a burger or eating alone. Its fluffy and delicious.

    6 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons of sugar dough yeast
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 cups warm water (about 110 degrees F.)
    5 1/2 cups bread flour (or more as needed)
    3 teaspoons fine salt
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 tablespoons of chopped garlic

Step 1: Yeast

Mix yeast with water, sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Let it  sit for 5  minutes.

It will become foamy
I cheated with steps 1 - 3 by placing in a bread maker and using Dough Only mode,
As long as bacon is involved, I'm into it. <br /> <br />GM
