Introduction: Rosemary Garlic Focaccia

Perfect for eating pasta, to make a burger or eating alone. Its fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients
6 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of sugar dough yeast
    2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups warm water (about 110 degrees F.)
5 1/2 cups bread flour (or more as needed)
    3 teaspoons fine salt
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 tablespoons of chopped garlic

Step 1: Yeast

Mix yeast with water, sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Let it  sit for 5  minutes.

It will become foamy

Step 2: Flour

Mix in 4 cups of the flour, along with the salt.

Step 3: Consistency

Mix until the dough is consistent and has a good stretch to it.

The dough should come together and form a ball.

If it feels sticky you can add more flour.
Add it gradually and continue mixing and test again.

Step 4: Growing

Place the dough on a container with oil on the bottom.
Roll the dough on the oil.
Cover and let it grow for at leas an hour.

Place it on a baking sheet, with oil on the bottom.
Make dimples on the dough with your fingers.
Let it grow for another  30 min.

Add your "topping"
Olive oil, chopped garlic and chopped rosemary. Try to have the oil fill all the dimples.

Step 5:

Preheat the oven at 400 F
bake the pizza for 20 to 30 min or until golden brown.

For this particular case, I also added  chopped bacon to the topping.

Enjoy!
