Ingredients (one turkey leg):
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh or dry rosemary
- 1 tbsp seasoning blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup vegetable broth
Take the turkey leg and braise it overnight in white wine, 2 chopped garlic cloves and rosemary.
The following morning place the leg together with all the rosemary that is sticking on it on a baking tray that you have previously greased with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Sprinkle the top with some seasoning blend and bake it at 200 C for about 1.5 h pouring some vegetable broth from time to time.
Remove from the oven and serve!
