Rosemary and Olive Oil Potatoes

This is a recipe that my best friend's family makes all the time.  My friend helped me to make it today so we decided to make an instructable on how to make rosemary and olive oil potatoes. This recipe is so flavorful and delicious. It has few ingredients and always takes less than an hour to complete. Enjoy!

Step 1: Ingredients and Materials

Ingredients:
2 pounds of potatoes 
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a large pan


Materials:
Garlic Press 
Pot 
Pan

Step 2: Boil the Potatoes

Boil water in a large pot. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20-30 minutes or until the are soft.

Step 3: Preparing the Garlic and Rosemary Olive Oil Drizzle

Over medium heat saute the smashed garlic for one minute. Add enough olive oil to cover the pan in a thin layer. wait for the olive oil to heat up and then add the lemon and rosemary. Heat for another minute and then poor the olive oil mixture into a cup.

Step 4: Finishing

Add the Potatoes to the pan and heat for 1 minute. Add the olive oil mixture that you have just made to the pan and stir the potatoes and olive oil together for 1-2 minutes.

I've had something similar to this with cheese sprinkled on top & lightly broiled... They were fantastic & I know this recipe will be equally as delicious!!
