Chicken Bone Broth made from rotisserie chicken is unbelievably simple and full of nutrients! It’s also a great appetite suppressant. Paleo and Gluten-Free!

Step 1: Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker or Pressure Cooker Pot and Cook Per Recipe Instructions

Step 2: Refrigerate Overnight, Then Skim Off the Fat on Top

Step 3: Consistency Will Be Like Gelatin

Don't worry, you didn't do anything wrong! The final consistency of the refrigerated stock is like gelatin. The stock is now ready to make any of your favorite recipes that call for chicken stock or broth.

Use this chicken stock in your favorite recipes whenever it calls for chicken broth! This is my Twist on Trader Joe's Gnocchi. I use two different types of TJ's gnocchi, add some garlic, chicken broth and tomato paste to create this quick and yummy new recipe.

Definitely! I've tried dozens of store-bought chicken broth/stock, but nothing comes even close to this!
