Thought it would be nice to have at least 1 way of making electricity with all these projects here.
So, after a few years at the EVGRAY group, wanted to post this at instructables.
The idea it to use 2 electromotors to create electricity.
The Prime mover, tuned to use a low Amp, and the mechanical work for the "alternator".
Many files and information bits can be found online.
But let me give you the basic idea of it.

Step 1:

The Roto Verter (RV) is originally the intellectual property of Hector D Perez Torres. Hector has publicly released information on the RV makingn it open source.The following RV method plus any additional open source circuits mentioned in the compilations on this page all fall under a statutory public copyright (other rights apply). The RV is a scientific discovery and is covered by the publication statutory copyrights for 75 years.

The Roto conversion effect is credited to its improver's and to those who have done independent replications. The engineers mentioned in the compilations on this page have all worked on the RV with the intent to keep the disclosures open source (FREE). For a current list and credits of the engineers and dates please refer to the compilations lised.

This presentation is intended to support Panacea's open source RV communities. Hector is currently working together with open source engineers.This page is intended to further substantiate the available OPEN SOURCE FREE ENERGY research and development potential the public can develop towards "de-centralized" energy systems when our community acts collectively.

Note: Members of the public not previously experienced in this advanced R & D field, might find the following subject matter a bit hard to comprehend. This will change when the proposed granted Panacea  research and development centre is erected. Panacea-BOCAF has attempted to convey the following information into as much of a laymen’s perspective as possible. The replication of the RV was done by Panacea as a non profit gesture to provide the public with energy saving awareness and applications for an environmental benefit. Plus for the evaluation of the device regarding ZPE research and development.

Panacea has also installed this technology on a farm. The following is a segment taken from The Panacea Farm conversion. In the following video Panacea donated a Drill to the farm too use. Wehn compared to the Drill bieng used onthe farm, the RV saved significant energy.

The RV is an alternative energy device which is currently being utilized by open source engineers around the world in energy saving applications, and to transform and understand ZPE when configured in looped (self running mode) mode.

The RV principle is a far superior energy saving device and can save significant energy in standard electric motor applications TODAY. Please consult the Panacea university document and support the inventor. Panacea-BOCAF intends to collect grant support for the inventor and the open source engineers who have made it possible for this awareness to reach the public.

Panacea-BOCAF has launched recent replicated results of the RV's energy savings. Baldor motors and drives Australia have also sponsored Panacea and have generously donated two free motors towards helping to saving the planet.

When run in RV mode, these Baldor motors are the most efficient 1 HP electric motors in the world. The RV's energy savings applications will save the public energy and money. Please consult this Panacea promotional press release for further details

The following presentation on the RV will be divided into two separate sections. The first will explain the RV in the role of ZPE research, the second will describe the RV as an energy savings application.

Background - Hector has explained to us that in order to acheive the extraction of ZPE (zero point energy) and to be able to self run the RV, a prior understanding and experience from using the RV in an energy saving power management application is vital.

The energy saving RV configuration proves that currently 1HP (horse power) electric motors waste energy by their inefficient configuration and that as a result, the ability to engineer a ZPE transformation is thus out of reach. The RV is an R & D tool designed to work with those issues in power management and to find solutions and applications for ZPE engineering.

Technically the RV is explained by the Roto-conversion: A Way to operate a motor at Hi impedances with a lower reflective power loss at idle mode. Working similar to a POWER transformer but on Electrical to mechanical conversion.

Step 2:

Pictured before are two RV's coupled together. One is acting as a generator and the other is acting as a prime mover. On the hand right side the meter shows the generator's reactive power out put. On the left hand side is showing the RV's prime mover's input in watts.The reactive power shows:

119.8 x .8 = 95.84W INPUT
203 x 5.1 * 1.732 = 1793 of virtual reactive power 
Potential COP = 18.7

From this picture one can see what is conventionally regarded as "reactive power" operating in the RV. The intent is to extract this reactive power into usable watts and create  a condition that is non reflective to the source, or input side. Several versions of these configurations are presently on the R and D design board. 


There have been reports of various individuals who have converted the captured reactive power back into a usable form of energy. These individuals and methods are listed in the technical compilations as a point of reference. To date (2009) none of these referenced methods have made it into public hands.


Also none of these methods have been given to the public open source.The only method which has ever made it into public hands is the open source process disclosed by Hector. This is by using the RV's unique power management teachings and principles. At this stage the training starts with the application of the RV in energy savings applications. This is then able lead to a higher power amplification understanding (tunning). This must be understood and experimented in steps.


Any public grants given to Panacea-BOCAF will go towards further needed R & D equipment in the proposed granted Panacea research and development centre. This will play a major role in enabling this technology to be developed further and owned by the public.


The RV method is public knowledge as a result of being released in the public domain by open source disclosure. This cannot be patented. Once perfected and developed the RV technology is public free energy. Reports given to us stated that through independent replications the RV has showed potential for energy transformation principles towards over unity research and development. These Include, magnetic amplification, radiant energy and stochastic resonance (zero point energy). 

As you can conceive this shows premise for further investigation into running motors and generators in RV mode.
The RV is being used to develop and understand zero point energy when configured to operate in looped or self running mode. Below is a picture of the inventor Hector testing a looped RV using principles involving ZPE.

Step 3:

The RV looped schematic was specifically given open source by Hector to thwart any cartels from patenting and or suppressing it. Hector has disclosed this method publicly on the internet for all to perfect and replicate.

Hector states that the RV Looped systems are possible and are in need of further lab testing in order to be perfected.Technically Hector describes this concept as possible by simply using non reflective fractional resonant power extraction or ballun compensated direct tensor loading.

Hector has also offered what he considers to be laymen’s methods and solutions using his split capacitors diode resonant systems (plug) to split power dividers to extract non reflective excess power.

Additionally the open source engineers working with Panacea are testing other circuits and design concepts which incorporate certain power switching circuits to helpmake this EXCESS energy extractable and usable.

This looped sequence involves transformers (unseen in the picture above) which represents the down grading of voltage from the generators resonating circulating output current. The transformer primary , secondary , plus battery with one transistor and a few extra parts of capacitors, diode bridge ,resistors , mica caps , & more blocking diodes are described by Hector as all that is needed to close the loop and extract the excess output and put back into the battery.

Hector also describes the closed loop as being achieved from the impedance matching (amplitude) of the resonant generators output elements relative to the batteries input amperage.A reminder for those wishing to evaluate the schematic, the looped ZPE plans are available in the Panacea university course compilation provided above.

The issue of a successful replication of the looped design is however complicated. So far to achieve this advanced level, Hector is in need of grants and to also be recruited into an R and D environment to offer this education, and, follow through with the RV's public disclosure.

Plus security is also needed from the political and economic conditions which Panacea can provide in the Panacea proposed granted research and development center.Recently at the end of 2008 two enigneer's known to Panacea successfully looped the RV and encounted interference.

Hector's original concept has since has been improved with a dual battery switching concept and with many other modifications. It is advanced R and D, brand new and very difficult for the first timer to grasp and replicate.

This is why we need to recruit Hector and all the open source engineers working on the RV technology into the Panacea proposed granted research and development center where we the public can provide grant support and SAFTY for this research.

Only through open source technology disclosures can this technology reach the public to capacity and allow green energy technology to operate and stay UN suppressed. And further, enable us to free our self’s from petroleum subjugation and pollution.

Hector is a very underrated and talented open source energy engineer who has contributed the disclosure of the RV for public education. The RV engineers working with Hector have showed far advanced energy saving applications and the potential the RV has to operate in an over unity condition. Hector has also has developed far advanced Zero point energy user systems (Z.E.U.S).

Another device given open source by Hector for research and development of ZPE is the Trans-verter device (shown below).This is a solid state version (no moving parts) of the RV comprising capacitors and a three phase transformer. This device has been replicated independently by the RV engineers.

Step 4:

This is another device like the RV which has demonstrated potencial over unity efficiency and is needing further study to extract the power in a condition which is non reflective to the source. Here is a technical and instructional compilation.

Trans-Verter research and development

The research and development of the RV has been extended and perfected by open source engineers known to Panacea-BOCAF, many improvements and potential are shown in the technical compilation mentioned on this page.

We must state again that to reach the capacity this research and development has, the RV and engineers known to Panacea- BOCAF need to make it into a resourced backed granted environment, where their disclosures can be secured into public knowledge and perfected.

The RV can also be applied into cogeneration roles with certain expired energy patents which the public can also benefit from. To date certain expired patents are able be fused with the RV. Many generators can be adopted to the RV prime mover and run in RV mode for high efficiency use as Norman Wootan proved in his replicated test. Further technical details of this are contained in the compilations mentioned on this page.

Hector plans to experiment with the Ekhlin brown patent as a generator attached to the RV. Another one of the expired patents which can be used in cogeneration with the RV technology is the expired lee Rogers’s air car patent. Further technical detail are contained in the compilations mentioned on this page.

The concept disclosed by Hector is to run Solar + RV + air compressor + lee Rogers patent. The expired patent can be built and tested with the RV and publicly disclosed and owned. To date an open sourced team member of Panacea is working to perfect this RV-Rogers co-generation, but is under resourced and lacks the time needed and money to complete the project. In the centre this will be resolved.

Step 5:

The RV can act as a power source to drive the air compressor with the aid of solar cogeneration making an efficient and faster solar car. This design is needs proper granted resources to be built and tested. Also Hector has designed RV vortex co-generation energy technology based on Victor Schauberger's ideas which also require testing. Hector has also described a water injected diesel conversion concept but needs resources to perfect.

Hector and many other engineers who are experienced in this alternative energy field are ready and willing to contribute in the public granted research and development centre.  Another prolific engineer, researcher and builder who has gathered brother hood with Hector is Doug Cozen.

Doug has been involved in the open source alternative and suppressed energy technology genre for a long time and has attracted an advanced perceptive communal community of researchers and engineers devoted to the same goals of freedom, and OPEN SOURCE free energy.

These various communities of open source engineers collaborate on the internet at the yahoo discussion group called EVGRAY. The referenced communities are the individuals who taught the founding members of Panacea-BOCAF all that we know and have contributed to the advancement of the RV FREE and open source.

This group is moderated by Doug who has made a variety of energy recovery systems over the years and continues to advance at an alarming rate. For the past 5+ years, Doug has been experimenting with a low-voltage colliding-coil EDGRAY motor, but also with a permanent magnet version as a hybrid Gray/Adams motor.

Panacea's Replication of the RV

A special thanks to the help of Panacea-BOCAF's new found, technically brilliant, altruistic friends from around the world. These warriors of truth, are members of Doug's free-energy Yahoo Group ‘EVGRAY’ on the internet.

Panacea-BOCAF 's replication of the RV is further proof of two principles, the first is related to the capacity the RV has in relation to energy saving R and D which is available to be applied into applications by the public TODAY. A reminder to please refer to the Panacea university RV document for more detail.

The following will be a basic summery of the results, for complete technical detail please refer to the technical E-books listed in the introduction.

Step 6:

By Using a 50 hertz RV in a .8- 1.13 HP motor application is a superior energy saver device which can be applied right now to run more efficiently: a lathe, a milling machine, an industrial bench drill or any other variable load machine. The 60 hertz RV can save up to 90% energy in a 1-1.8HP application!.

Here is an exmaple done by "ray0energy" showing how low the RV idle current draw can be.

Rotoverter (RV) test

The RV is a method of power management which allows the practical solar cogeneration use of the above mentioned applications.Other energy saving roles are possible, please read the technical compilation that Panacea-BOCAF's engineers completed for further detail.

The following is an open letter that can be forwarded to ANY university which can help upgrade their faculty power management curriculum and advance their power engineering via this scientific discovery. Panacea has RV representatives around the world, a representative in Brisbane Australia can provide a tangible energy saving demo to any Brisbane university. Panacea-BOCAF's can also provide the more details of the RV tests to any international university.

The energy savings present in the Roto- conversion are unique and is a pioneer of future solar shop design. The RV can currently enable the practical application of up too 1HP solar shop equipment where previously it would be financially impossible and impractical. The non RV equivalent is estimated to need up to need 10 times the solar panels to function.

Step 7:

All current industry machinery which employ variable loads powered by .8 to 1.13 HP electric motors can be run SIGNIFICANTLY more efficient in RV Mode and SAVE ENERGY, money and the environment!.

A normal 50 hertz one HP electric motor pictured below typically unloaded idles on 1.84 amps at 240 volts. When loaded uses 4.78 amps at 240 volts =1147 watts. This is at about an 80% + efficiency.

We then installed the sponsored Baldor motor which was converted to run in RV mode at around 1HP and compared the two. (pic 02)

This is probaly the most efficient 1.8 HP motor in the world.

An AC induction motor that is RV power factor corrected AND operated from a variable frequency power supply will have much better performance, and DUE TO the variable frequency supply, the OPERATOR will be able to tune the motor to the load more precisely.

The RV concept is also to have a permanent magnet rotor and eliminate the slip loss making induction motors close to 100% efficiency. This can be done to ALL induction motors.

The public must help mandate law to upgrade and enforce these electric motor standards to match the RV's energy saving efficiency. This can do critically needy environmental benefit, and save the public energy and money!.

The RV concept of permanent magnet rotors in existing induction motors needs to upgrade the efficiency standards in the current industry. The energy savings the RV proves is premise to mandate law to make electric motors more environmentally sound. Green politicians and the public need to enforce this and support Panacea's efforts to serve you for a sustainable future.

Despite initially needing a higher rated HP motor to be run in RV mode and at first, the modification giving a reduced torque.The RV is still the most efficient 50 hertz .8-1.13HP (1-1.8 in 60 hertz) energy saving electric motor modification in the world. It is available to be instantly and cost effectively done to existing motor technology from off the shelf parts.

Also this scientific discovery will allow solar use (where previously it would of been financially impractical).Applicaitons include: RV Drill, lathes, punchers, rotary presses, planners, saws, cutters, air compressors, vacuums & others which can be optimized to lowest more effective power usage.

In solar it means using much less power cells more effectively, this means cost effective usage in 3rd world nations, water well pumps, grain grinders , & general machine use applications. Free solar energy for poorer nations can compete with greater economic Power more effectively used applications where previously it would be impractical.

The RV technology is public knowledge, and we encourage all people that use machinery with rotary punch or solar cogeneration to now save money and energy by using the RV's open sourced technology disclosure in their business. And to further commit towards the engineers goals of free energy and focus helping the youth to live free from oil subjugation and greener.

ZPE replication

Note - this power must be extracted only via Hectors teachings. This is what needs to be studied and understood through further testing in the Panacea R & D centre.Evaluation tests are conclusive, Hectors R & D is valid and is actually in implementation & development. Hectors R & D must be submitted into research and development.

Update- A recent open source engineer has reported successful extraction results of the reactive power/resonance. This can potentially lead to the development of self sustaining power system!. This was done by using a custom neon switching circuit which makes use of the motors RUN capacitor.

Step 8:

Panacea-BOCAF has included the construction details in the advanced RV research and development compilations listed at the start of this page. This discovery has only been possible by the open source engineers collaborating together and working collectively via the open source disclosures on EVGRAY.

Despite the difficulty involved for the first timer to loop, Hector assures us that it has already been taken from a probable theory to a working & verified device. Also third parties known and trusted by us have reported replications involving looping.

Open source engineers have tested & applied the method in the field power factor extraction methods. This has also led to a looped self running over-unity operation. The system proves several RV postulates in full.Funds are now needed to develop the technology to a commercial application stage and for a PUBLIC disclosure from already built, operational & tested models. The only way to make free green energy a reality is through open source technology and through the engineers committed and experienced to do it. Your input/help/support /grants is needed!.

<p>Today I've bought a 4 kW 3 ph. electric motor from a scrapeyard (it costs me 100 USD). I had beginner's luck. After half a day of tests I've made it. I succeed to put the motor into resonance, i.e. almost zero Amp under load. Monday I'll buy all the motors left from the scrapeyard. There are at least 5 similar to the one I've bought. I intend to make pairs of them (motor+generator). In my configuration I use 2 x 10 uF capacitors as start&amp;run capacitors. The amps drop from 4.5 amps to 0.7 amp (2850 rot/min - as labeled). If I disconnect the two capacitors the amperage drop to 0.2, 0.3 Amp (2.990 rot/min). But when I apply a load, without capacitors the amperage rise till 3.5 Amps when the motor stops. The most astonishing thing happens when I left the 2 capacitors connected. When idle I have 0.7 Amp, but when apply a load drops till 0 Amps (my ammeter is not very accurate being a cheap one) . When I increase the load, the amps start to rise till 3.5 Amps when motor stops. Maybe tomorrow I'll upload the two clips that I've made on youtube (user:Machiuka). The next step will be to coupling a identical motor as generator and see what's happend. Another thing that I intend to make is to use solar panel to feed the rotoverter. Now I have 3 x 100 W solar panels and a 300 W inverter. Unfortunately the start surge of current is of 4.5 Amps (4.5 A x 220 V = 990 W) and I was unable to run the motor on solar panel. But I'll buy a 1000 W inverter to see what's happend.</p>
<p> At MIT we would call his hand waving. You know that you are probably wrong but you want your friends or professor to explain why or where you went wrong.</p><p> The RV is actually just a motor generator set. Before we had high power transistors this circuit could be used to generate DC power with a 3 phase ripple similar to the alternator in a car. However the output voltage and current depends on being able to control the rotors magnetism in the alternator. That's why a electromagnet is used instead of a permeate magnet in an alternator.</p><p> If you use a permeate magnet or electromagnet in the prime movers rotor instead of a squirrel cage this would change that motor into a synchronies motor with a speed determined by the input mains frequency rather then having a slip speed in a standard squirrel motor. Control of the prime movers rpms means control of the of ripple frequency in the output. </p><p> Outside of industry a synchronies motor was used in clocks that ran directly off of mains power because their speed was tied to the mains frequency. The only real value of this type of setup over say a transformer and bridge rectifier is the reduction of output ripple and control over the output voltage and current.</p><p>It can not produce a zero point energy or a bigger energy output than input. That would violate the physical law known as the conservation of energy.</p><p> In fact it will always lose some energy to the I squared R loss in the wire and windings, the capacitors ESR and the .6 volt drop across the saturated silicon diodes when forwardly biased. If the loss of input energy to heat is big enough maybe the heat could be used to cook eggs and make hot chocolate. </p>
I read this Instructable with great interest. The poster has shown great skill in his presentation of the subject. One of the best examples of a huckster I have ever read. The vague and unsupported references to science, little proof crying that more money and support is required for research, obvious disregard for physics, blah, blah. While over unity forums still exist, other technical forums ban the discussion of the topic. I am reminded of Harry Houdini's crusade of mediums and their responses.
This is a panacea. You are very convincing, but one is (I am) too skeptical about these marvelous devices. I would believe! <br> <br>Should we conclude that Carnot, Clausius, Kelvin and others were wrong?
every thing is just a theory untill proven in the lab an the real world i.e. not in front of congress. bring it to high schools and local fairs let the people see the thingy?

why should we change direction of rotor and cant we use a regular squıralcage to do the same on resonance without all changes at all
Sorry, this is not a step by step instructable. It is 1 enthusiastic story about a device using ZPE? with a lot of 'jargon'. Why no short specs to start with; why no short comparison with 'normal' motors. This instructable is more a mission statement, but not made with somebody in mind who wants to reconstruct this thing. Sorry to be critical about the form you put this instructable in. I really appreciate this kind of projects, trying to save energy on household appliances. I wonder how much energy(money) you can save with this rotovertor on a washmachine? <br>
been there done that. Only way to work is to use back emf to store and re enter the power matrix. action reaction is only way it works you will never ever get more out than in. sorry just fact. the only thing you can do is gain more efficiency or get closer to 100 percent you will never go over. if you did then we especially myself would be driving in my free power car. not there yet. not to say it can't or won't be done. just don't think this is it. <br> <br>I will investigate more. Unfortunatly as to my and others experience. <br>This works. <br>Test it, read up on it. <br>There are at least 3 yahoo groups about it. <br>EVGRAY, EVGRAYTOO and EVReplication. <br> <br>when configurating the Prime Mover to 460V and use 110V @ 50-60Hz <br>the Prime Mover remains cold. Use a High 100mF - 460V oil filled capacitor to start it. Find the resonating capacitor when rotating at full speed. <br>this lowers the usage of amp. <br>the second electromotor (alternator) when changing the rotor upside down. (look it up). Produces more amperage then the Prime Mover need to run. <br>Hope this helps. <br> <br> <br>here is a diagram elektromotor.
