Introducción

Las Herramientas Crea nacen como iniciativa de Estudio Huella Cero con el fin de dar acceso a la población a fabricación de alta calidad de una forma casera y accesible

Como participante de la primera generación de esta iniciativa mi propuesta es la siguiente

Rotomoldeadora

Ea una herramienta que cuenta con dos cuadros (Externo e interno ) que giran en diferentes direcciones su fin es fijar un molde en la sección del cuadro interno el cual contenga un liquido que se pueda solidificar, la acción de giro de los cuadros genera que la fuerza centrifuga impulse el material a las paredes del molde solidificando el el liquido en su interior en la forma del miso generando un pieza hueca (Ejemplo esfera de navidad)

Fabricación

MDF de 15 mm de espesor

Todas las piezas de este material son fabricadas por medio de corte en router CNC

El archivo general de la máquina viene en el programa Rhinoceros por lo que para obtener los vectores de corte es necesario hacer uso de la herramienta (Make2d) para extraer el dibujo bidimencional

IMPORTANTE: Diferenciar los vectores entre corte y desbaste a la medida especifica

Impresión 3d:

El archivo general de la máquina viene en el programa Rhinoceros para obtener los archivos de impresión es necesario seleccionar las piezas y exportarlas a un formato de STL este es el archivo que podemos mandar imprimir con nuestro fabricante preferido

Extras:

Las piezas restantes son de uso común como varillas roscadas, tuercas, baleros cuales podemos definir su medida por medio de la herramienta cota en la plataforma del archivo.

Los engranes usados fueron extraídos del desperdicio de una bicicleta de multiples velocidades

Rotomoldeadora

Tool that has two frames (External and internal) that rotate in different directions its purpose is to fix a mold in the section of the internal frame which contains a liquid that can solidify the rotation action generates that the centrifugal force The material to the walls of the mold solidifying the liquid in its interior in the form of the mold generating a hollow piece (example Christmas sphere)

Manufacturing

All parts of this material are manufactured by CNC router cut

The general file of the machine comes in the program Rhinoceros so to obtain the vectors of cut it is necessary to make use of the tool (Make2d) to extract the two-dimensional drawing

IMPORTANT: Differentiate the vectors between cut and roughing to the specified measure

3d print:

The general file of the machine comes in the program Rhinoceros to obtain the files of impression is necessary to select the pieces and to export them to an STL format this is the file that we can send to print with our preferred manufacturer

Additional features:

The remaining parts are commonly used as threaded rods, nuts, bearings which can be defined by the tool dimension in the file platform.

Used gears were extracted from the waste of a multi-speed bicycle

El objetivo de tu herramienta es hacer objetos de goma -por ejemplo- no macizos para ahorrar material y peso. Es importante seguir un &quot;materiales y m&eacute;todo&quot; (el m&eacute;todo cientifico) para hacerlo accesible a la mayor cantidad de lectores y ganar esta competencia. Materials, measurements and .stl files would be cool if you can. Really need one of these for my polyurethane moulds - doing it by hand is a poor substitute : (
