it's easy!! just wrap the whole rubberband around the whole tape thing and then shoot!!. you can also shoot staples

I always make these in school, the best way is to use a pen tube large enough to fit a penil and attach a rubber band with another rubber band. they are MUCH easier to fire.

yeah me too... but i thnk hes shooting a pencil through the hole part of the tape roll container thing.... this is a very poorly put together instructable...(no offense)
