Step 1: What You Need

-paper clips Pliers Super glue Toothpicks Rubber band Tape Scissors Wire cutters Paper Glue Beads

Step 2: Step 1

Make two straight paper clips and curve AT&T; the ends. Make two half circles and put hooks on the ends. Glue and bend then on the straight clips. Make another straight one and glut it in the middle.

Step 3: Step 2

Take a tooth pick and glue it to the front. Make a loop on another paper clip and put it on the toothpick and bottom. Make a complete circle on another and put it on the top of the tooth pick.

Step 4: Step 3

Straighten a paper clip and put a hook on the end. Make two others with loops in the middle. Put them on the black paper clip( see in pics) and tighten them. Put it in the top loop and have beads in between as spacers. Fold the index cards in half and glue on as propellers. Put the rubber band on the hook and tie it on the bottom.

Step 5: Adjust

It's not very pretty but adjust it to fly. Wind it up and let it spin. Adjust the angle of the propellers.
That would work. Good idea. I forgot about that when building it.
Not if you do it right. It's easy.
But the rotors either need to spin in opposite directions or a torque-cancelling tailrotor must be added.
Or an extended fuselage with some kind of plate/sail/large surface to stop rotation.
Doesn't this helicopter's body just spin around under the rotors?
