THIS IS MY FIRST INSTRUCTABLE AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.

YOU CAN MAKE A RECYCLED SELF WATERING ORGANIC PLANTER FROM ANY PLASTIC DRINK BOTTLE BUT I CHOSE TO USE A 2 LITRE BOTTLE BECAUSE YOU CAN PUT A FAIRLY DECENT SIZED PLANT IN IT WITHOUT IT TIPPING OVER.

Step 1:

1) TAKE A 2 LITRE BOTTLE AND RINSE IT OUT THOROUGHLY WITH HOT WATER AND VINEGAR.
2) REMOVE THE CAP AND DRILL A SMALL 1/8" HOLE IN THE CENTER.
3) CUT A 12" LONG PIECE OF COTTON STRING.
4) TIE A KNOT 3" FROM THE CUT ENDS TO MAKE A ' Y ' SHAPE.
5) FEED THE STRING THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE CAP TILL YOU HIT THE KNOT.
I'm not sure what makes this organic.
<p>Yeah I was wondering that too...</p>
Very good diagrams. Love the PDF version!
Good first 'ible, kmd7, and I like the diagrams. Just a point though, don't use capitals as it is TOO MUCH LIKE SHOUTING!!!! Other than that, let's see more 'ibles from you, especially with actual photos of each step.
your caps are on, BTW
Ahh very smart i thought this would be like a pump on a timer but i see it Fills when it rains Very gd
