The rear wheel is 10 to 15 degrees out of line with the frame. It will go down the road sideways.

Actually, it doesn't matter much at all if the wheels are lined up straight or not. What really does matter is that they point in the same direction. Not sure of all the makes and models, but most Harley Davidson's, have the front and back wheels an inch or more out of alignment. Not sure of the reasons, might be centerline weight distribution or just design parameters and accommodating the drive chains and all.... But they steer and handle just fine.

open the seat, reinforce the internal bottom corners and then cut them off for more cornering angle... Extend the frame and pop a small 500W generator behind the seat, and then put a 300W amp and speaker set on... Put some acid in the battery and take a big trip..... Turn it up loud. Play Black Sabbath at 78 - and see god. Your bike rocks....

I'd pay money to see the cops hassle you over that!!! "You can't have this on the road!" "Ummmm....... Why not?"
