SIMPLE SPARRING WHIP

This simple sparring whip can be used to practice whip fighting and defense, and it involves no weaving and only basic knot tying.

Step 1 MATERIALS

materials:
between 60-100inches of rope depending on preference
1 Popsicle stick
duct tape 
twine

sorry it took so long to awnser, computer viruses had to get a new computer
but it can be a metor hammer with a longer handle but it is made for grapiling enemy sword hilts or snapping them in the leg to cause a distraction. man does it hurt.
