This has resulted in CART VARIANT 2. I used materials, which people usually discarded. When you look at the initial state materials, they look very bad. However, for this produces a quality product with a minimum cost. Why would totally destroy useful material. It's my way of thinking, and I call home mode transformation. Step 2: 2.PROCESS:

I described to you, the way I work and product development.

2.1.Idea

2.1.1.Thinking positive and always try to do something useful for people.

2.1.2.Thinking only on solutions - not problems.

2.1.3.You have clear goal, keep your will and vision.

2.1.4.See around and you get almost all the material you need.

2.1.5.Respect people and material goods.

2.1.6.Thinking, what is one thing you can use.

2.1.7.You have vision of how the material would look like if you restore and install.

2.1.9.Working with love, soul, heart and mind.

2.1.10.Always keep track of the manufacturing process. Take a picture, record and archive.

After the above principles, I got almost all the material, but excluding screws, paint, adhesives and liquid to neutralize the rust.

Step 3: 3.PREPARATION WORK

3.1.This is one of the most important parts of the manufacturing of the product. Imagine what the product, prepare your material, workplace, machines, devices, in short everything you need.

3.2.The first I prepared a simple scraper to remove paint on wood surfaces. I went to glazier that I cut up pieces of glass, which could no longer be used. Decorative lath with the groove I saw off to a length of 150 mm. I inserted into a piece of glass. This device is the best tool for removing paint and smoothing wood. This is cheapest, the fastest way to make high-quality surface. Grinding almost not required. Glass pulling at an angle of approximately 30 degrees. The edge of the glass can be an excellent scrape the surface. When you blunt one edge of the glass plates, it just turned around and again you have a sharp surface. You have 4 x 2 surface of the glass. Once fully harnessed, throw it in the waste glass. With a few tiles can be done with a very large area of wood. Pieces of glass may be obtained from any glazier.

Step 4: 4.PRODUCTION

4.1.For glass, I first cleaned the wooden parts. In the picture you can see how beautiful turnings is working and what is the surface after cleaning.

4.2.To wooden surfaces better looking, I have burned with a gas burner. This is a very good and easy way to brighten your look and emphasize the wood structure.

4.3.Handlebar of scooter I first stuck with glue for wood. To fix the position of glue, I used an elastic tie.

4.4.Colour and oxidized sites on the metal parts I removed the Angle Grinder with fan grinding attachment and a wire brush, which I mount the drill.

4.5.Picture 15 shows once cleaned and painted parts.

4.6.In curved metal plate and wooden part I bore 3 holes for screws M6. The diameter of the holes was 6.5 mm fi is easier to edit.

4.7.I fix with 3 screws M 6 x 35 mm with washers and nuts.

4.8.In 2 piece corner profile, and a metal plate 6 I bore holes fi 6,5 mm for M6 screws.

4.9.In flat plate and angular profile I bore 4 holes for screws M6. Plate and profiles are fixed with 4 pcs screws M6 x 15 mm with washers and nuts.

4.10.Handlebar of scooter reinforced with Al sheet. I drilled 3 holes for screws M6 x 35 mm.

4.11.Wheels I mounted so that I have the angular profile lined rectangular profile, axis I fixed with metal plates. Attachment of the 2 + 2-x M6 bolts and nuts of 40 mm with a spacer.

4.12.For stability of the wheelchair, I used a piece of 2 feet from the couch. The flat bottom plate, I bore two holes fi 6,5 mm. The legs while I mounted with 2 pcs screws M5 x 120 mm. For every screw I used a 3 piece nut and washer.

Nice work! Very clever use of materials and the completed project looks good very functional.
