Introduction: S'MORES MUG CAKE (BISCUIT, CHOCOLATE & MARSHMALLOW)

Step 1: MIX & MICROWAVE

1 Large Egg

3tbsp Butter (Melted)

1tbsp Vegetable Oil

4tbsp Milk (Warm)

1/4tsp Vanilla Extract

2tbsp Light Brown

Sugar 2tbsp Caster Sugar

4tbsp Self Raising Flour

2tbsp Cocoa Powder

1/8tsp Cinnamon (Optional)

1-2 Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)

2 Pieces of Milk or Dark Chocolate

Marshmallows + Extra Chocolate Chunks

Add the egg and sugars to a bowl and mix well. Next, add the melted butter, oil, milk and vanilla and mix again. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder and cinnamon together. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until all the ingredients are combined. Add the crushed digestive biscuits to a large mug, followed by the marshmallows and cover with the batter. Finish by placing 2 pieces of chocolate on top. Microwave the mug cake for 1 minute & 30 seconds, Immediately place 4 marshmallows and the chocolate chunks on top and microwave again for another 20 seconds.
