Give your eggs a makeover.

Step 1: SOY SESAME MARBLED EGGS

Soy Sesame Sauce
1 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Shaoxing Wine Vinegar
1 T Honey
Few sprigs Cilantro
2 Red Chiles

Combine Soy Sesame Sauce in a bowl or shallow container and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Heat a pot of water and boil 4 eggs for 6 minutes. Drain and lightly roll the eggs around to give it cracks. Immediately shock them with the Soy Sesame
