Introduction: SUPER LED LAMP - LUMINÁRIA LED EQUIVALENTE 150W

Step 1: LUMINÁRIA PARA LAMPADA DE 150 a 200W HALOGENA - SUPPORT Halogen Lamp

Suporte luminária para lampada Halogena de 150 ou 200W

Suport to Lamp Halogen 150/200W

Step 2: SUPER LED 10W = 150/200W 6500K COLD BRIGTH

Use LED SUPER 10W 6500K

Warning: use SINK it´s very importante

Step 3: DISASSEMBLE SUPORT LAMP - DESMONTAR LUMINÁRIA

Step 4: DISASSEMBLE SUPORTE TO ADAPT LED

DISASSEMBLE suporto to receive LED inside

Step 5: DISASSEMBLE FONT 12V OR CREATE NEW FONT

DISASSEMBLE fonte 12 or creat new font use circuit

attention to the size of the source plate

TO CREAT FONT USE:

primary transformer 110 / 220V ac

SECONDARY 12V MAX 1 ampere

Step 6: ADAPT LED AND SUPORT

Adapt led to suport

Easiest way ;) I used a 10W GU10 LED on ~230V, it fits to 150W halogen case. Just two pieces of wire and some tape. I think than possible to put two leds but I don't needed that.

But that's not fun :). Actually you can buy anything and use it but the real fun is making it yourself and you get the creative satisfaction. That's what instructables.com is all about. What you say :)

I used sink and a resistor to limit the voltage

I think we'll have to wait a few years before having a 10W Led producing 200W of conventionnal light.

Thanks by comment Not so much the problem of LED technology is silicon technology, is heating with a good dissipation and ventilation yes it is possible, perhaps Graphene could be the solution
