Introduction: Salad of Green Peas and Tuna Fish With Lemon and Mint

Salad of green peas and tuna fish with lemon and mint.
An easy to make salad, bit British with an Indian touch.

The secret ingredient: mint.


Step 1: Ingredients

the ingredients:
  • 150 gram green peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 150 gram tuna fish
  • olive oil
  •  

Step 2:

Fry the peas in butter for 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Mix with tuna fish and mint.
Season with pepper, salt and olive oil.



Step 3: Enjoy

Fresh and simple, like it.

Sounds nice and fresh and simple, and gives me another way to use all that mint I grow besides just in mojitos! Will definitely try soon, now that it is mint season in my garden =)

Heerlijk. Lekker fris en vullend door de erwtjes. Een 8!

Jammer dat de citroen ontbrak. Misschien dat juist daardoor de smaak toch erg standaard bleef.

Weinig pit, mis kruiden en specerijen. Niet "spannend" genoeg. Mint is het enige ingreidient hetgeen dit gerecht typeert.
