Introduction: Salami Meatloaf With French Soft Cheese Recipe


500g ground meat

200g salami

200g frech soft cheese

2 eggs

150g breadcrumbs

salt, pepper, paprika & oregano

Step 1: Preparation

Give salt & pepper to the meat and add a teaspoon paprika. Add a teaspoon oregano, 2 eggs and salami pieces. Give the breadcrumbs to it and stir it together. Shape a flat rectangle from the meat on baking paper. And place french soft cheese on it. Form a roll and close the ends.

Step 2: Finish

Place it on an oven plate and put in in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. After about 30 minutes it is time to grab a piece and enjoy.
