Ingredients:

400g salmon filet

200g cherry tomatoes

2 spring onions

1 zucchini

lemon juice

oil

salt, pepper, paprika & oregano

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the vegetables in pieces. Give 2 thirds of it in a glas bowl. Scatter salt, pepper, oregano & paprika to it and add 2 spoons oil. Stir it together. Pour a spoon lemon juice over the salmon filet. Scatter salt & pepper to it. Lay the salmon filet on the vegetables. Lay vegetables on top and scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano on top. Add a spoon oil.

Step 2: Finish

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
