a) Why would they say "credits to"
b) Why would they misspell their own website?
I can only conclude that this is plagiarised. Flag.
Interestingly, on this instructable edrainkona admonishes someone else for posting an Instructable that can be found elsewhere. If there's one thing I cant stand it's a hypocrite.
For example, if you track the photographs to oskay's flickr set on the topic, you'll see that they are labelled "some rights reserved". Specifically, they are free to share, but only if you credit the original author.
Similar issues come up with the text itself, etc. Note for example that you've picked "license: Attribution" for this instructable. That means that technically anyone would have to credit you as being the original author. I.e., technically, you've just stolen his credit! I don't think Instructables even has a license option where you can credit somebody else for something you post.
Reposting somebody else's work without their permission is a no-no, in my opinion. Good intentions or not...
See the post by user oskay - Windell H. Oskay - below. Heck, I'll just repost it here, for emphasis:
Instructables IS NOT a place for you to publish stolen content. Not cool.

His content - his call...
" I think that I was pretty unambiguous in my earlier comment.
Even if you had credited the pictures properly (which you did not), the text that you copied from my web site is *not* released under the CC license. "Your" instructable certainly doesn't fall under fair use: it just falls under stolen and slimy. Putting your own name as author on my idea, photos, and (slightly modified) text does not make it your own.
I am happy to be a member of instructables and I visit daily, contributing where I can. If I had wanted to post this set of instructions here, I certainly would have done so. However, as an author, *I* get to be the one to make that choice.
Even so, this isn't even new to instructables. It's been posted here more than a week ago in an appropriate manner.
Legal and moral issues aside, what the heck are you doing posting this here? Instructables is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) community, not a LSEDIFY (Let-Someone-Else-Do-It-For-You) community. With all of the creative, unusual, simple, and brilliant things that people are doing with their flash drives, why not come up with your own to add to the fun?
