Could I make something with raw meat that has a possible food borne hazard if its listed in my instructable?

I'll say absolutely. Carpaccio sounds like an Italian word to me. People make plenty of things on this site that if used incorrectly could seriously injure someone. Maker beware. Just note the danger and document well.

Carpaccio is just really super thinly sliced raw beef . Thats the instructable part of it is carving it see thru thin. Then topping with capers and balsamic and parmesean reggiano. Someone can make that on here if I dont get to it im very busy with clinicals! Danger is its raw... so its a choice. But I have a digestive disease and have never gotten sick ....never heard of anyone getting sick from it because you dont eat very much of it its just an appetizer.
