Hi! My name is Laura. For a number of years, I lived in Rhode Island with my husband, where I used to work for Hasbro Toys as a toy-tester :). There, I first got the idea to recycle sample game pieces and transform them into one-of-a-kind crafts. Over time, this evolved into my signature style of unique Scrabble jewelry and home accessories, and eventually I was given the nickname "The Scrabble Gal".
Recently, I've started offering a number of instructionals on my Etsy website (thescrabblegal.etsy.com) to teach people exactly how I make my stuff.
Let me just say that I had NO idea so many people wanted to learn how to DIY!
