Introduction: Scrambled Egg Toast
Scrambled eggs is a dish made from whites and yolks of eggs stirred or beaten together in a pan while being gently heated, typically with salt and butter and variable other ingredients.
What better way to enjoy a breakfast toast than with some scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are one of the easiest and simple recipes when it comes to eggs. In this Instructable, I'll show you how to make a great healthy breakfast from a few Eggs and Bread.
Step 1: Ingredients
For this healthy recipe, make sure to have these following ingredients:
- Eggs (2)
- Pepper Powder
- Coriander Leaves (To Garnish)
Step 2: Heating Up the Pan
Scrambled eggs are called so because they're scrubbed on a heated pan with fork or a spoon or anything. So the key part of the recipe is to heat up the pan to the right temperature.
Pour a little bit of oil on the pan and spread it evenly so that the eggs don't stick to it. Once the pan is heated up, the eggs are ready to go into it !
Step 3: Break, Scrub, and Scrub
Once the pan is heated up, break the eggs on to the pan and gently start to scrub them around by mixing the yolk and the egg white. Also add in some salt while scrambling the eggs.
Scrub around the eggs until they are completely scrambled and cooked properly. Now transfer the scrambled eggs to a separate bowl while we toast the bread.
Step 4: Toasting the Bread
To toast the bread, heat up the pan and butter it up. Once the butter is properly heated up, drop the bread slices on the pan. Toast it evenly on both the sides until it becomes golden brown in color.
You can use the bread of your choice. It may be whole wheat bread or a regular sandwich bread. This recipe simply rocks with any type of bread.
Step 5: Preparing the Sandwich
Place the toasted bread on a serving plate and and spread the scrambled eggs on to it.
If you have extra scrambled eggs, I'll show you how to make it into a type of salad to serve with the Sandwich. Add little butter over the hot toast to add a nice punch to the flavor.
Step 6: The Serving Salad
Spread the remaining scrambled eggs on the serving plate.
Sprinkle some pepper powder on it. Make a small grove in between and sprinkle on some coriander leaves and a few veggies into the grove.
Step 7: Serve Hot !!
