4 ounces vodka
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons pasteurized egg white
3/4 cup crushed ice
Cut the ends off of the oranges and squeeze the juice into a blender.
Add all of the other ingredients, except the ice, and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Add the ice to the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in the hollowed out orange rinds. The oranges don't hold much, so you will either have lots of refills, or you can just use a chilled glass.
