I don't do much in the kitchen, my wife does most of the cooking. Oh I make the morning coffee and unload the dishwasher, and I make the seafood cocktail sauce.

To make this delicious cocktail sauce you will need:

  • A Jar to put it in ( 10-12 Fl Oz )
  • Ketchup
  • Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • Horseradish
  • Tobasco Sauce

Important note about Worcestershire sauce: Use only real Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, one time we got some off brand stuff and it turned into a jell.

Fun fact; how to pronounce Worcestershire: Worcester is pronounced like "Rooster" with a "W" followed by "sure".

Step 1: Ketchup and Worchestershire Sauce

Fill the jar about 1/3 full of Ketchup and an equal part of Worcestershire Sauce.

We want the jar about 2/3 full so we can shake it up when finished.

Step 2: Horseradish and Tobasco Sauce

Add Horseradish and Tabasco Sauce to taste.

I like a heaping teaspoon of Horseradish and three or four good shakes of Tobasco Sauce.

Shake well.

Enjoy on shrimp or breaded fried fish.
