so plating the greens with the scallop, your'e supposed to eat the scallop with it?...not every dish needs greens, i dont think scallops are included in greensville, unless its a salad..which it isn't..its a good effort but beets are earthy and scallops are salty..maybe make a savory ginger beet miso sauce and if anything use spouts or a micro green..sin lechuga!!!!
