Send anonymous messages to school computers NO ADMIN ACCES NEEDED

Step 1: Get the program

First you'll need a program called FakeSend You can download it at http://www.codeproject.com/KB/IP/fakesend.aspx, download the demo project.
I've upped it to http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/56600/FakeSend-zip.html so you don't need an account, but it's free to join codeproject anyway.
Atleast send the creater a thank you note.
Export the exe file in to your favorite folder

on MegaFileUpload, it says it can't find your file.

The only way FakeSend can be made in command prompt after installation is if the installer puts a fakesend.exe file in the %windir%\System32 directory. Spelled out: This may not need admin permissions to use, but to install? That's a different story.
