Separador De Canales Para Virtual DJ - Virtual Dj Mono Separated Y-Cable

La Idea:
Hace un tiempo volví a mi antiguo hobby de mezclar música, hace muchos años lo hacia con equipos análogos pero ahora en la era digital es mucho mas fácil gracias a software como Virtual DJ.
Uno de los inconvenientes que se me presentó fue conseguir un adaptador para poder conectar mi laptop al equipo de sonido y a los audífonos simultáneamente para poder escuchar la siguiente canción.
Este adaptador se ve físicamente como un adaptador en Y para audífonos, pero la diferencia está en que cada una de las salidas reproduce solamente un canal, Derecho o Izquierdo.
The Idea:
Some time ago I returned to my old hobby of mixing music, many years ago did it with analog equipment but now in the digital age it is much easier thanks to software like Virtual DJ.
One of the problems that came to me was to get an adapter to connect my laptop to stereo and headphones simultaneously as I live in a place where it is difficult to get this sort of things.
This cable is physically as a Y-adapter for headphones, but the difference is that each of the outputs plays only one channel, Left or Right.

Solución:
Hacer mi propio cable; ya que tengo poca experiencia soldando y las partes que pude conseguir no eran de calidad decidí modificar un adaptador en Y Stereo para convertirlo en un separador de canales Derecho-Izquierdo.
Solution:
Make my own cable, since I have little experience welding I decided to modify a Stereo Y adapter to convert it into a channel separator.

Materiales y Herramientas:
1-Adaptador en Y Stereo
2-Soldadura
3-Lápiz para soldar
4-Cinta Aislante o tubos termoencogibles

Materials and Tools:
1-Y Stereo Adapter
2-Welding
3-Soldering Iron
4-tape or shrink tubing

Step 1:

Procedimiento:
Lamentablemente mientras hacia el adaptador no tomé ninguna foto, pero ya que funcionó tan bien voy a tratar de describir lo que hice.

1-Tomar el adaptador en "Y" y cortar los 2 cables por la mitad.

Procedure:
Unfortunately while making the adapter i did not take any pictures, but it worked so well I'll try to describe what I did.

1-Take the "Y" adapter and cut the 2 wires in half.

Step 2:

2-Pelar con mucho cuidado el forro exterior para revelar los 2 cables internos (uno azul y uno rojo) y la tierra (Cable sin forro), el color de los cables puede variar.

Actualización: Hace poco hice un separador como este para un amigo y tuve la precaución de tomar las fotos durante el proceso, el cable blanco que aparece en la nueva foto equivale al cable azul de la primera imagen.

2-Carefully peel the shell to reveal the 2 internal cables (one blue and one red) and ground (bare wire), the wire color may vary.

Update: Recently I did a separator like this for a friend and I took pictures during the process, the white wire in the new picture  corresponds to the blue wire of the first image.

Step 3:

3-Tome la pieza que tiene el conector macho y los dos pedazos de cable, en uno de los cables pele la punta de uno de los cables internos, en mi caso el azul que corresponde al canal izquierdo. Luego repita el procedimiento con el otro cable, pero en lugar de pelar el cable azul debe pelar el rojo.
4-En cada una de las piezas formadas por un conector hembra y un pedazo de cable debe pelar los dos cables internos de colores azul y rojo y unirlos, debe repetir este procedimiento con la otra pieza.
5-Conecte una de las piezas del paso anterior a uno de los lados del conector macho uniendo los dos cables de color que están conectados a la pieza hembra a el cable rojo del conector macho, repita este paso para el otro lado, pero utilizando el cable azul que está conectado al conector macho.
6-Aplique un punto de soldadura en cada una de las uniones para garantizar un buen contacto.
7-Aísle la unión con cinta, si utiliza tubos termoencogibles recuerde que estos deben colocarse antes de soldar.
8-Una las tierras y aplique un punto de soldadura, luego cubra todo el trabajo con cinta para protegerlo.

3-Take the piece that has the plug and the two pieces of wire, in one of those wires peel the tip of one of the internal cables, in my case the blue (Left channel). Then repeat with the other wire, but instead of stripping the blue wire must strip the red (Right channel).
4-In each of the parts formed by a socket and a piece of wire should peel the two internal wires red and blue and join them, you must repeat this procedure for both sides.
5-Connect one of the pieces of the previous step to one side of the male connector joining the two colored wires that are connected to the female part to the red wire in the plug, repeat this step for the other side, but using the blue wire this time.
6-Apply a dot of solder to each of the unions to ensure good contact.
7-Isolate union with tape, if you use shrink tubing remember that these must be placed before soldering.
8-Connect the ground wire, weld, then cover all the work with tape to protect it.
