Sesame Carrot and Red Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe:

3 large carrots, peeled
1 small red cabbage (about 2.5 cups)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce
Pinch of chili flakes
Salt to taste
1 cup cooked quiona (to serve)

Recipe Directions:  On low to medium heat place a skillet with sesame oil, seeds, onion, garlic and pinch of chili flakes. Sauté until onions are translucent; add carrots and cabbage and sauté for five minutes.Add soy sauce and let simmer for five minutes. One done serve over quiona.
