Their was another Tip that would help all these Step and it was missed or ignored. How about keeping the Computer itself Cold/Cool? Im looking for affordable options to that. everything else mention in your guide get done Bi-weekly. so great work man.

Pretty good so far. Left a couple of comments on other areas (pros and cons). However, one thing struck me. You have mentioned defrag and a third party defrag solution, however, I didn't see any mention of the built in 'CheckDisk'/'ScanDisk'/'DiskCheck' (depending on Windows version). This is an important step as it allows windows not only to check for failing sectors of the hard drive, but also to check for corruption to system files (which causes a significant amount of system slow-down). Ideally a full scan should be done every month to prevent problems. For instance, doing this will prevent the (surprising common) boot cycling problem with Windows XP (where the computer starts booting, but before getting to the desktop/login screen will go back to POST and begin rebooting).
