I have found that this actually deletes your Internet info and other items a lot faster than using Internet Explorer’s option! This can also delete files that are hidden on your computer from programs that have been uninstalled. This also allows you to stop or delete processes that startup when you turn on your computer. It also finds unused files that are just taking up space. This program will also delete programs off of your computer, much like Add/Remove programs.

The program itself is only about 3MB. The program is extremely easy to use and once you adjust your custom settings it will save them for every time it runs. This will also give you information on your ram, processor, and more.

Overall, it is a great tool to have on your computer, just make sure you read carefully when checking the boxes for cleanup. If you don't understand what it does, leave it unchecked. I am not trying to advertise for this program, use at your own risk.

Though CC Cleaner is good choice to get your registry cleaned, but sometimes it either takes too long or stuck while optimizing cleaning. Therefore, i have recently switched to a new registry optimizer named Registry Recycler which for me is quite an excellent registry optimizing software. It is fast and free.

Also I am using www.eusing.com they have free cleaners that are good and free. And last I am using ad-aware.

my computer currently has trend micro internet security pro (latest verison) installed on it

No, but CCleaner may find other registry files, and might be worth a try. It also has a lot of other useful tools.

Because of the all-steps preference, I can't tell what registry cleaner that you are talking about. If it was a multi clean tool like CCleaner, i would try the other features, otherwise I'm pretty sure most registry cleaners do the same thing.

Is this really free? I downloaded it from your link, and it scans then askes if I want to purchase, I click no, it fixes the first 8, then thats it. What am I doing wrong?

You might have clicked the wrong link. Filehippo has ads that try to trick you. Make sure you installed CCleaner, and yes, it's 100% free. On the page, click on the
