Need a romantic cocktail for Valentine's Day or maybe something for a wedding or bridal shower? This one is simple, delicious, and just a little bit whimsical.

Step 1: Ingredients and Tools

  • A can of Lychees in heavy syrup (check your Asian food markets)
  • A bottle of champagne or white sparkling wine
  • A champagne flute
  • A white rose bud

Step 2: Mix Your Ingredients

  1. Add about 3/4 of an ounce (or 2 1/2 tablespoons) of lychee syrup into your champagne flute
  2. Fill the remainder of your glass with champagne or sparkling wine

Step 3: Serve

Take your white rose and snip the stem off so that just the bud remains. Place the bud onto the top of the glass like pictured above and serve!
