Its just a couple of shoelaces I had lying around and decided my wrists were lacking awesomeness so I made this is my Government class, lol.
i had one string folded in thirds and laid flat, then wove the other lace through them. Pretty simple, yes? The ends were tied together with basic knots, nothing fancy.
