Low/No budget surfboard rack to keeps your boards sorted at home.
Materials- recycled where possible
1. Wooden pallet that would be rubbish
2. building timbers 75mm x 35mm x 4m total
3. 100mm batten screws x 20

Step 1:

1.Cut and screw on the feet
2.Cut the bracing with 45° ends and screw in to stiffen the rack
3.Cut the arms around 550mm long. i cut the angle for aesthetics
4 you can get two arms with one cut and save timber too
5. predrill and screw them onto the pallet
6. at the ends I have butchered the pallet as I did not have a drill extension. Try to avoid this as it weakens the structure and looks crappy.

Step 2:

1.Sand the ends of the arms and any rough bits on the pallet (add rubber/EVA padding if available)
2.Move into place
3.Load up with boards
This is such a cool idea. I would have never thought of. Lately I've been looking for a better way to store all my boards and I'll probably use this way. Thanks for sharing!
