The kids love it. The dish is a little foreign to the asian pallette in that it is VERY rich. But hey... no one ever refuses ICE CREAM.

haha, some things are worth the risk!

Now imagine serving this in South East Asia....

Cajun Chef (author)9w2xyz2016-04-17

Would it be a well received dish? I am really happy that you tried it!

Did you know most Chinese are mildly lactose intolerant? Proceed with caution. Indians have no issue at all....

I did not know that, I see what you mean. Definitely need to know your audience before serving this one!
