Shutdown Your School!

Do not attempt what I am about to show you. This is a small virus that can be written in notepad and takes almost no effort, but can have devastating effects. I am not responsible for what you do with this information and by reading this you agree that any and all damage caused by use of this program is entirely your fault and is not my responsibility. If you are still reading this, then let's begin. First of all, most schools use a grading program. Teachers type your grade in it and it does all the work for them. This is always stored on a server. In some cases students can easily access this drive. In my school, the grading program is STI, but this method can be used on any program. Since the STI server is attached to all of the computers, it will also be able effect all of them. This is a small virus that uses STI to replicate itself and effect any teacher using STI with the virus. This virus camouflages itself by claiming to be updating STI. It doesn't work immediately however, it only works after the system has been turned off. Which most teachers do at the end of the day. So the effects of the virus will not be evident until the following morning when the computers have been rebooted. Upon startup the infected computer will display a message saying you have been hacked and give the user ten seconds before it shut the system down. So basically, the computer is now useless. This is easily fixed however, but most people don't know how. That is why I will also give you the code to fix the computers.

Step 1 The main command

This is the main command that will be launched upon startup.
Type this in Notepad.

Save this as shutdown.bat, making sure you choose all files as the filetype.

Try using Tor, The Onion Router. Proxies can get you through a firewall, but you can, and probably will, be detected. This is what we call a "problemo grande". Tor fixes this because it passes your requests for pages through the layers of the onion until someone fetches it. However, Tor is not perfect, and won't protect you under the right circumstances. Try this Instructable. You can install Tor on a USB drive or CD and then use it whenever you go to school.

DAMN your school has macs. wait is it those apple brand macs or just the normal ones. your school must be loaded. but i bet i could send a rouge virus in there along with a "desktop hi-jacker" virus along with that and probably end all of your schools computers life as you know it. i have a laptop entirely made for hacking and virus sending and everything you need to do it. The "computer cops" have not caught me yet and they never will. latest virus that i have made: rider X.

Well, macs tend to be a little more restrictive with their commands, also.... nobody really cares about macs... so nobody really bothers to make a virus for them. poor apple... Well at least ol' steve jobs is still making a killing off the ipods.

This only works on DOS. So Mac is not compatible neither is Linux.

Is it possible that instructables is increasingly getting destroyed by 11/12/wtv kids? Really i know that we have to "be nice" to everyone, but the quantity of posts that claim to be "Building a virus" and "Hacking the school's computer" is just too high, they're simply no more than a bunch of batch scripts using system files or small programs downloaded from the internet that will never work on a limited account or wherever they don't have permissions, what is the need of having instructables as politically incorrect as this, can't we have real programming tips instead of weak tuts with 4chan references ? Damn ... Kids begone .. this site is not meant to teach you how to send a virus to your "friend" trough AIM/MSN/ICQ or whatever so please learn to program anything before posting your comments asking someone to send you "Hacks" trough the Internet I'm asking here .. please mods do something about this. The one thing you would want to do with a hardware virus is hide it as a non-plug and play device, it will slip right past any virus protection or IS software.

this isnt just a shutdown... read before you make dumb posts. It spreads through a networked drive. The shutdown code could be replaced with any malicious script you wish to run.

Start windows in safe mode, its so simple any teach could figure it out.
