Need a quick, simple and yummy side and your grill is already hot? Well this is it!

What you need:
Zucchini: 1-2 for around 3-4 people
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Knife
Baking Tray: Used to marinade.

Step 1: Prepare Your Garlic and Zucchini

To start, cut the end off your zucchini. This should be the end attached to the main part of the plant. After. Cut your zucchini length way into not thin but too thick strips. Try to make them even. After you are done you can go on to the garlic. Peel your garlic cloves. Once you are done proceed to dice them up. Your zucchini and garlic in ready for the next step.

Step 2: Marinade Your Zucchini

It is now time to marinade your zucchini. Take your baking pan and lay out the strips of zucchini inside. Next, take your soy sauce and pour it into the pan. Not too much to cover the zucchini. Next, take your garlic and sprinkle it over the zucchini. Let it sit for a couple and of minutes and then flip it and let it sit.

Step 3: Grilling Your Zucchini

Once you have marinaded your zucchini you are ready to grill. My grill is around 350 and I do 4 minutes each side and then pull it all off. If yours comes out a little uncooked you can always cook it a little more in the microwave and it will be fine! I think it is best to let it sit some and then serve your dish warm or cold, not hot!

Step 4: You Are Done!
