I wanted to make a system as simple as possible. And especially to have a decanter reservoir.

Can be used on: cnc milling machine , manual milling machine , boring machine , band saw and so on.

Step 1: Materials

I used recycled parts : a former fountain pump and reservoirs made from plastic drums.

Step 2: Using

I have been using this system for two years.

Step 3:

If you want to increase the cooling power without having to circulate high amounts of coolant, use a mist spray. Tried and tested method..

Thank you for the comment . I wanted to make a cooling system using only recycled components .

Well, if you have any old handheld garden mist sprayers lying around or have a neighbor who does, there's your mist spray nozzle.. :-)

Could do with a little more information about the cooling. Thought it was for computers which made the entire thing confusing.

Thanks for the comment . I made the necessary specifications in Step 0. Mea culpa.

Probably picture 327 explains this best I found

???!

?!!!

it want apparent what you were trying to cool from the title nor the first picture set. this could be because I'm on my phone, but you might want to say cnc or mill cooling somewhere.

Thanks for your comment ! Can be used on: cnc milling machine , manual milling machine , boring machine , band saw and so on.
