Introduction: Simple Dry Pumpkin Curry ( Kaddū Kī Sabjī )
To make this Dry curry We will need -
-A pumpkin ((())) Of course ;p
-musterd seeds - 1 teaspoon
-cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
-turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
-chili powder - 2 teaspoon (depends on chili powder spiciness )
-garlic (nicely chopped) -1+1/2 teaspoon
-ginger root (paste) - 1+1/2 teaspoon
-green chilli (chopped) - 2 or 3 chillies
-Wheat flour (for chapatis)
-Water (To make dough)
-penut oil (or any vegetable oil) -2 to 3 tablespoon

Recipe - Dry Pumpkin Curry
wash chopped pumpkin quickly and drain water.
pour oil in heated cooking pot wait (for a min. or so) till it is heated
add these one by one in oil -musterd seeds , cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, Green Chilli ,curry leaves
(be extraaa careful when adding these things in hot oil especially moist (curry leaves n Green chili) things).
now add turmeric powder n chili powder mix it well using spatula n wait for half min.
now add chopped pumpkin and salt as per your taste in that cooking pot n mix well .
put gas flame on medium-high setting,place lid over pot n wait for 5-10 mins ,check pumpkin softness after some time. it should be soft (can be crushed by spoon )
when cooked add coriander leaves in curry .
Recipe - chapati
(in case if you don't want it with chapati it can be served with -alternative to chapati like bread or toast , boiled rice .Rice also goes yummy with any curry )
now prepare dough for chapati from wheat flour and water
add lil' bit of oil ,salt for taste, lil' bit turmeric powder and cumin seeds(roasted if u like) in dough
make "chapati" from this dough

now serve hot curry with chapati and don't forget to garnish ..... ;p
Garnishing tips - you can use spring onion , coriander leaves , white carrot ....or even potato chips..
use any thing available in kitchen.
