Introduction: Simple & Healthy Granola
Easy to make healthy and delicious Granola!
Step 1: Step 1: Ingredients & Equipment
300g - 400g - Porridge Oats
3 Tablespoons - Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons - Honey
1 Tablespoon - Light brown sugar
3-4 Table spoons - Mixed nuts and seeds
1 Tablespoon - Cinnamon
3- 4 Tablespoons Cranberries/Raisins
It doesn't really matter the exact measurements, so add or take to suit your preference.

Step 2: Step 2: Mix It All Up
Preheat oven to 190C/375C or gas mark 5
Mix together the oats, sugar, cinnamon, nuts and seeds.
Put the coconut oil and honey into the mug and microwave on half power every 30 seconds until mostly melted, should be about a min and a half.
Pour honey and coconut oil over the oaty mixture and stir well.
Step 3: Step 3: Bake
Put the baking paper into the baking tray, and lightly grease, i used the oil spray as its much easier to grease
Put the mixture into the baking paper and into the oven in the lower/middle shelf and cook for about half an hour, until the oats look nice and golden.
Step 4: Step 4: Store, Eat and Enjoy
Put into an airtight container so you can enjoy it the next morning with some yogurt or milk, and you can always add some raisins/cranberries/cherries
You can also package it nicely and give it as a nice and simple gift.
