A quick, cheap and easy way to make something for runners to release tension and tightness in their muscles in two easy steps.

Step 1: What You Need

All you need is an empty 2 litre pop (soda) bottle.

Step 2: Make It & Use It

Fill with hot water from the tap (Set to your desired temperature - not too hot).

That's it, just make sure the lid is on tight and give it a go!
